Reporting to the Director, the COO will provide strategic leadership across the Gallery’s operational infrastructure, guiding transformation, technology and estates programmes to enable long‑term success.
You will strengthen organisational capability and culture while driving a bold digital and audience strategy to broaden access to the Gallery’s stories, both in person and online.
