Overview
The National Portrait Gallery is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its new Executive Leadership Team.
Reporting directly to the Director, the COO will work alongside the Chief Curator, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer.
This is a pivotal role providing strategic leadership across the Gallery’s operational infrastructure and helping shape its future direction.
The COO will lead major transformation, technology and estates programmes, strengthen organisational capability and culture, and drive an ambitious digital and audience strategy that enables the Gallery to connect with people both within the building and beyond.
