- Online Application Form - answering a few simple questions about your experience and preferred posting/location
- Initial Suitability Check - confirming you are substantive, from a home office force and do not have any active complaints
- Structured Interview - interviews will be conducted in person against the
- Competency and values framework (CVF) | College of Policing
- Discussion of posting and start date taking into account, preferences, location and vacancies within the force
- Fitness Test (if not valid from home force), medical, Vetting, PDR/Suitability form/ Line Manager Appraisal rom your current force and Skill verification
- Final Offer and confirmed intake start date/posting details
- Reference obtained from your home force confirming service dates etc.
