We have an exciting opportunity available to join the collaborative and friendly Management Accounting team, working alongside the Senior Management Accountants and Assistant Finance Managers. You will assist with multiple departments and provide administrative and accounting support.
What you will be doing:
- Providing administrative and accounting support – month-end processing and accounting, preparing audits, creating projects, and performing housekeeping activities.
- Running reports, expense transfers, invoicing, and journals.
- Supporting budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Supporting Group Leaders and Project Managers.
- You will also have opportunities to support with ad-hoc projects, expanding your knowledge in a finance team undergoing significant change due to the adoption of a new Accounting system.
Experience and Skills that you can bring to the role:
- Experience in a busy, fast paced finance department.
- Strong customer focus.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience working with large data sets.
