As our Email and Digital Coordinator, you’ll help manage our corporate communications, including our digital channels and email marketing, so that we engage with different audiences, strengthening our reputation with customers and the general public.
About You
A member of the Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising digital communications, particularly email and social media, to ensure that messages reach the right audiences, at the right time, with clear impact.
Key responsibilities- Support the delivery of day‐to‐day social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X (Twitter)
- Lead social media monthly reporting activity including monitoring channels, flagging engagement or issues, and assisting with the preparation of content and assets as required
- Build, test, and send email campaigns using Pardot/Marcloud, following templates, guidance and best practice
- Working with the Digital Content Specialist, set up list management in line with best practice, audience segmentation and content updates within Pardot
- Lead and maintain the central content, social media and email calendar, updating activity and sharing information with relevant teams
- Responsible for monthly social media and email campaign reporting, and assist in preparing reports
- Maintain organised records of activity, emails sent and campaign updates
- Support the team with budget tracking for paid campaigns when required
- Assist by documenting workflows and identifying process improvements where possible. Support departmental campaigns and projects that align with business goals
- Learn from specialist colleagues and stay up to date with basic digital marketing tools, trends and best practice
- Responsible for taking reasonable duty of care for Health & Safety of themselves and of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work and always follow direct instructions given with regards to Health & Safety.
