- Team and Stakeholder Leadership: Mobilise teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing key decisions to keep projects aligned with broader objectives.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks early and address issues proactively to prevent them from becoming obstacles.
- Innovate and Improve: Drive innovation in project delivery, while continuously refining processes and methods to enhance outcomes.
- Ensure Safe Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered within risk tolerances, fully compliant, and seamlessly handed over for operational success.
- Own the Results: Take accountability for project success, enabling the realisation of benefits and achievement of business objectives.
We’re working in a hybrid way, with a mix of remote and office-based work, and we strive to offer flexibility, whether you’re full-time, part-time, or looking for something different. If it can work for the business, we will make it happen.

- Results-Oriented: You focus on delivering impactful results, keeping projects efficient and free from unnecessary complexity.
- Growth and Change Advocate: You drive continuous improvement, helping teams embrace new ways of working while ensuring successful project delivery.
- Technical Proficiency: You’re comfortable using project management tools like Project Planner, Project Online, or similar software to manage projects effectively.
- Change Management: You have experience leading change and helping teams adapt to new ways of working while ensuring successful project delivery.
At NPL, we thrive on collaboration, respect, and a shared commitment to doing better for ourselves, our customers, and the world. We believe in challenging the status quo to make meaningful improvements but also know when to keep things simple.
