About You

What We’re Looking For:

  • Programme manager with proven experience in delivering complex programmes, ideally within science, engineering, or R&D environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build confidence across diverse collaborators and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in steering and coordinating individual projects to ensure alignment with programme objectives and maximise the achievement of benefits.
  • Ability to integrate monitoring and evaluation activities into programme design to drive programme direction and inform decision making.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas and drive decision-making.

We actively recruit citizens of all backgrounds, but the nature of our work in specific departments means that nationality, residency and security requirements can be more tightly defined than others. You will be asked about this throughout the recruitment process. To work at NPL, you will need to obtain BPSS security clearance.
