Ultimately, our programmes translate cutting-edge science and engineering into impactful practical applications. Managing these programmes is a major responsibility β and a huge career opportunity.
Your role will role will be based within our Strategy Team. You will lead on developing, contracting and managing the delivery of one assigned programme. This will involve managing all aspects of programme governance, and ensuring individual projects are effectively defined, resourced and co-ordinated.
You will also manage the performance of a matrix team, developing their capability to ensure the programme reaches its milestones, with all risk and dependencies well-managed.
Effective stakeholder management and engagement will be central to the success of your programme. Your communication skills will also have a wider impact β we want you to champion programme management best practices throughout the organisation and support their wider adoption.
We are now working in a hybrid way, with a mix of remote and office working.
