Are you ready to take your executive support skills to the next level? As Executive Assistant to the UKTL leadership team, you’ll be at the heart of strategic coordination and operational excellence. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the calendar: Manage diaries and prioritise engagements, ensuring meetings and events reflect a holistic view of leadership commitments.
- Lead coordination: Organise meetings, briefings, and events with internal and external stakeholders.
- Create impact: Prepare presentations and business documentation that drive decisions.
- Streamline operations: Oversee administrative systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Liaise with Talent Acquisition, Training, and other support teams.
- Drive improvements: Lead or support initiatives that enhance how we work.
- Support strategic alignment: Work closely with the MD’s office to ensure meetings and events are strategically coordinated.
- Capture the details: Attend meetings and produce clear, actionable notes.
- Travel coordination: Plan and book UK and international travel arrangements and associated logistics.
Successful applicants must be able to commute to the office in Solihull, Birmingham or Teddington, London with the possibility of hybrid working.
