It means we’ve got a lot of great news to share externally. As our Digital Content Manager, you’ll manage our digital communications to engage with our people and strengthen our reputation with customers and stakeholders.

Working with the Corporate Communications Leader, you’ll help develop and implement a digital communications plan that delivers exemplary content for NPL. As a senior member of the Marketing and Communications team, you will work alongside the Corporate Communications Leader to plan and deliver NPL's digital content. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and assessing our content across our digital platforms to align with NPL's communication goals and objectives.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining digital content strategies tailored to specific audiences, aligned with NPL's goals. Additionally, you will establish and proactively manage a content calendar to create short- and long-term campaigns for different digital channels.

You will use your specialist knowledge in digital communications to guide and support colleagues across the organization, ensuring their work receives online engagement. Maintaining positive and constructive relationships, providing professional advice, and continually developing, implementing, and reviewing the organization’s social media and email marketing strategies are crucial to this role. You will lead an exemplary digital content team to produce high-quality, timely outputs.

Beyond that, we are looking for someone who will thrive in our environment. At NPL, we learn from each other, respect each other, and work together to do better—for ourselves and our customers. While we are always eager to stretch beyond our current knowledge, we avoid unnecessary complications.

We actively recruit citizens of all backgrounds. However, due to the nature of our work in specific departments, nationality, residency, and security requirements may be more tightly defined. You will be asked about this throughout the recruitment process. To work at NPL, you will need to obtain BPSS security clearance.
