As our Chief Information Officer, you will lead pioneering collaborations with UK and international science, engineering, and technology organizations to maximize the benefits of digital transformation.

This management role focuses on delivering value from digital systems, including Data, Customer, ERP, Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity. You will own the digital modernization strategy and drive the technical direction, future-proofing the architecture for digital alignment. Additionally, you will foster a people-centric culture that builds on our organizational values.

This strategic leadership role involves developing and executing digital strategies that enable research, science, engineering, and operations. You will select and implement suitable technologies, oversee IT activities to optimize performance, and analyze costs, values, and risks to inform decision-making. You will lead the function and collaborate across the organization as a key enabler. Leading a team, you will motivate and inspire them to realize your vision while supporting their development.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will build strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders, act as a brand ambassador for NPL, and drive organizational change aligning with NPL’s values.
