Key Responsibilities Lead and develop NPL's Business Change Management profession, building capability through people leadership, coaching, professional development and a strong community of practice.
Deploy Business Change Management resources across organisational priorities, balancing demand, capability, organisational capacity and delivery risk.
Partner with sponsors and delivery leaders to shape major change initiatives, assess organisational impacts and support successful adoption.
Provide organisation-wide insight, challenge and assurance on change impacts, readiness, adoption and benefits realisation.
