The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Services team on-site at our Teddington site.

You will be the first point of contact for colleagues needing technical support, resolving incidents and keeping users informed throughout the process.

You will provide end-to-end 1st line support across hardware and software, log and track issues, and contribute to knowledge resources while continuously developing technical skills.
