National Physical Laboratory (NPL) is seeking a People Partner to collaborate with leaders and teams to embed change, improve capability and empower managers to resolve ER issues. You will play a key role in delivering people initiatives and supporting two People Advisers in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and two days onsite in Teddington.
You will work closely with the People Team to drive engagement, performance management, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
