As a Marketing Coordinator within our Digital Marketing team, you’ll make sure our online presence is one that really adds value to our customers’ experience with us. You’ll organise, coordinate and share content across social media, website and digital channels, to raise awareness for our products and services, in turn strengthening our brand. Much of your success will be down to the relationships you build both inside and outside of the business. And whatever you’re working on, you’ll ensure you carry it out to the best of your ability and within agreed timelines.
About You
A member of the Campaigns and Events Team responsible for providing marketing activity and support to team members and stakeholders in the promotion and profiling of the organisation through a multitude of marketing channels.
Key responsibilities
- Organise, coordinate and share content across social media, website and digital channels to raise awareness for our products and services, strengthening the brand.
- Support the Salesforce team with projects and campaigns.
- Help develop, plan and coordinate marketing communications plans and distribute content via digital channels, website, relevant publications/affiliates, plan and execute events and provide overall campaign support and evaluation for appointed funded programmes.
- Take ownership of allocated tasks to ensure delivery within agreed timescales whilst ensuring they are delivered with consistency of approach and use of appropriate business standards.
- Maintain and build positive and constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing them with the information required to deliver plans and meet business obligations.
- Support the department with campaigns and projects that are aligned with the business goals.
- Work with specialist staff to develop knowledge, skills and experience associated with the area of specialism and stay up to date with digital media developments and technology.
- Responsible for taking reasonable duty of care for Health & Safety of themselves and of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work and always follow direct instructions given with regards to Health & Safety.
