A member of the Marketing and Communications Team responsible for delivering stakeholder engagement events on time, within budget, and to agreed standards. Manages end-to-end event delivery, including planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and post-event evaluation to drive continuous improvement. Provides supporting analysis and administration, including presentations, event research, Salesforce data management, and coordination of meetings and logistics.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivery of programme stakeholder engagement events as per the scope of work
  • Deliver events to agreed budgets and timescales, ensuring consistency of approach and use of appropriate business standards
  • Plan and manage the logistics of an event, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders to develop the agenda, briefing speakers, managing invitations and guest list, manage feedback and wash ups
  • Assess event goals and provide professional advice, expertise and leadership to continually develop and implement plans to deadlines
  • Follow up on events by analysing feedback and making recommendations for new and better ways of delivering
  • Conduct events research and analysis to support event development
  • Write and edit presentations and pitch packs to support stakeholder engagement opportunities
  • Administration support including setting up meetings, providing minutes and actions, booking travel and logistics, raising purchase orders and managing payments
  • Responsible for taking reasonable duty of care for Health & Safety of themselves and of other persons who may be affected by their acts or omissions at work and always follow direct instructions given with regards to Health & Safety.

Requirements

  • BPSS security clearance required.
