What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up new suppliers on our procurement system
- Receipting goods and services
- Managing supplier order acknowledgements
- Supporting the preparation and administration of documents
- Supporting the Transactional Procurement Team
- Following and implementing processes and procedures and identifying any improvements
- Conducting procurement activity in accordance with Health & Safety
What you can bring to the role:
- Knowledge of procurement methods, processes, and technologies, as well as Purchase to Pay systems.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced and changing environment with demanding business objectives.
- Ability to organise and manage data accurately.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across multiple business areas, internally and externally.
- Team player and problem-solving skills.
- IT literate - ability to use all Microsoft Packages - including Excel.
- Experience working within a purchasing environment.
