What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Setting up new suppliers on our procurement system
  • Receipting goods and services
  • Managing supplier order acknowledgements
  • Supporting the preparation and administration of documents
  • Supporting the Transactional Procurement Team
  • Following and implementing processes and procedures and identifying any improvements
  • Conducting procurement activity in accordance with Health & Safety

What you can bring to the role:

  • Knowledge of procurement methods, processes, and technologies, as well as Purchase to Pay systems.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and changing environment with demanding business objectives.
  • Ability to organise and manage data accurately.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across multiple business areas, internally and externally.
  • Team player and problem-solving skills.
  • IT literate - ability to use all Microsoft Packages - including Excel.
  • Experience working within a purchasing environment.
