About the Role
Join NOV FGS Plymouth as a Team Leader and become a key member of our Factory Management Team. You will be responsible for leading allocated teams in the delivery of production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive performance, uphold operational standards, and foster a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality products on time in accordance with the production schedule
  • Ensure adherence to FGS Plymouth BMS controls and safety standards
  • Lead factory teams in executing daily tasks, driving efficiency and productivity
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment through compliance and risk management
  • Uphold housekeeping and traceability standards across all factory areas
  • Monitor progress and report on production metrics and issues
  • Ensure full utilisation of staff and manage non-value-added activities effectively
  • Communicate and collaborate with Area Manager and Operations Admin Team on SHE incidents

  • Proven experience in a similar team leadership role
  • Ability to understand, evaluate, and apply technical information
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills under tight deadlines
