Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading – Receive and dispatch goods safely and efficiently.
- Material receipt and verification – Accurately enter received materials and services into the computerized stock system and verify certification against purchase orders and standards.
- Project picking and issue – Timely and precise picking of project materials, ensuring both physical and electronic issuing.
- Cycle counts and stocktaking – Participate in daily cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting.
- Packing and shipping – Assist in picking, packing, and preparing goods for onward shipment in line with company procedures.
- Documentation and admin – Prepare delivery paperwork, maintain accurate records, and support general administrative duties.
