Overview
In this role you will lead a allocated team to deliver quality work safely and on schedule, foster a strong safety culture, and drive continuous improvement across the factory. You will ensure compliance with the BMS, uphold environmental and quality standards, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet production targets. This position suits a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative, safety‑conscious environment and wants to contribute to operational excellence at NOV.
Responsibilities
- Lead allocated teams in delivering works and driving progress through the factory
- Maintain workmanship standards and ensure traceability for materials and quality records
- Provide daily progress updates and optimize staffing to maximize productivity
- Ensure environmental and waste management controls are followed by the team
- Identify and report HSE incidents or non-value activities to Area Manager/Production Support
- Promote a safe working environment and BMS compliance (policies, procedures, RAMS, COSHH)
- Identify and remove roadblocks, share information, and support team performance
- Balance internal and external customer needs with a strong customer focus
