As an Area Manager, you will take ownership of one of our manufacturing areas, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will lead and develop a team of approximately 16â€"20 employees while maintaining focus on productivity, customer delivery, cost control and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Operations Director, you will play a key role in planning production activities, supporting operational improvements and maintaining a strong safety culture across the factory.
Success in this role comes from building engaged teams, making sound operational decisions and ensuring customer commitments are consistently met.
