About the Role
As a Competency Advisor on NOV’s Rig Technologies Aftermarket Education team, you will support the NOV Competency Management System by maintaining and improving processes, developing assessors, and ensuring alignment with industry standards. This role offers comprehensive on-the-job training, global travel opportunities, and the chance to earn globally recognized qualifications. It requires independence, initiative, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance NOV’s competency system
- Collaborate with management teams to monitor and report on KPIs
- Generate monthly reports for leadership
- Review and revise competency documentation per business needs
- Act as a Workplace Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer
- Support and develop competency assessors and CMS sites
- Ensure system processes comply with NOV and awarding body standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in presenting, data analysis, and negotiation
- Preferred certifications:
- D32/A1/L&D9DI Assessor
- D33/V1/L&D11 Verifier IQA
- Confident speaker and presenter
