Overview

In this role you lead the WLF aftermarket team to manage customer inquiries through to invoicing, coordinating RFQs, quotations, POs, parts procurement, and documentation with the technical team.

You support timely delivery for service and rental equipment while maintaining accurate records.

You’ll collaborate across workshops, logistics, and sales to optimize orders, inventories, and customer satisfaction.

The position blends operations, accounting, and customer service within a global oilfield services context.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate RFQs, quotations, POs, and parts procurement with the technical team
  • Manage invoicing workflow and ensure accurate documentation in ERP
  • Create and communicate Work Orders (WOs) to shop team and link costs to Sales Orders
  • Monitor and close Work Orders; track status of Sales and Work Orders for timely completion
  • Coordinate with Spare Parts, Logistics, and Warehouse teams on parts availability and delivery
  • Support inventory optimization and spare parts forecasting with planning team
  • Attend regular production and customer meetings to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Assist invoicing team with accounts receivable improvements and follow-up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain and update work-related documentation and tracking sheets
  • Perform cross-functional cover duties for planning and spare parts when needed
  • Key requirements
  • Diploma or higher degree in accounting or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting)
  • Ability to prepare clear, accurate reports
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to manage high volumes of emails and ensure timely follow-up
  • Willingness to work outside normal hours when required
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and document/file management in shared drives/OMEGA
