Start your career with us at NOV as a Multi-Skilled Apprentice. You will use your existing mathematical, English, and technical knowledge as a foundation to build and develop skills critical to becoming a well-trained, experienced, and key member of our Manchester manufacturing team. As an NOV Apprentice, you will develop a strong understanding of manufacturing processes including CNC Turning, CNC Milling, CNC Programming, and additional technical assembly and fabrication skills. You will become part of a global business that has the people, capabilities, and vision to serve the needs of a challenging, evolving industry.

Your Apprenticeship Development Plan will start at our Manchester Manufacturing site, where you will firstly and most importantly become part of our team. You will gain your initial understanding of our business processes by taking part in a rotational plan moving throughout our different departments. You will see the lifecycle of our products from start to finish, culminating in the completion and shipping of a manufactured component ready for use.

Your hands-on academic training plan is where learning and development really begin. You will participate in a 4-year training plan, during which NOV will monitor your progress, supporting and guiding you to become a successful and first-class multi-skilled apprentice.
