About the role
As a key member of the ERP and New Systems team you will contribute through a flexible and inclusive approach to working. By building strong business partnering relationships and gaining trust across the organisation you will enable change and expand on a culture of continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include technical developments and improvements, requirement gathering, issue resolution and supporting end users. Your primary focus will be to ensure our Unit4 ERP Platform (previously known as Agresso) is robust, secure, fit for purpose and continuously improved.
Using your extensive system knowledge and direct experience of Unit4 solution design and implementation as well as change management, you will partner with our colleagues to ensure the Unit4 system compliments our financial and governance responsibilities.
With regards to new systems and IT Change Management you will support the ERP Manager in establishing and maintaining processes and procedures to provide an effective and efficient service. You will assist in providing a comparison between New System requests and Unit4 functionality to enable informed decision making.
About you
We are looking for someone with extensive Unit4 ERP configuration experience with who can work independently and as part of a team to enhance our Unit4 Platform. This includes requirement gathering, solution design and implementation, as well as day to day user support.
You will have knowledge of continuous improvement and project management processes and procedures including stakeholder management and user engagement.
You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. The successful candidate will require strong organisational skills to manage multiple key deliverables, be able to demonstrate customer focus, and have experience of adhering to governance policies and procedures.

Location
This position can be based in Southampton or Liverpool. Our Southampton site is well connected by public transport and has ample cycle parking in addition to free onsite car-parking with over 40 EV charging points. The Liverpool centre is part of the University campus and is only a short walk from the city centre and Lime Street station.
The NOC has a hybrid working approach where for most positions staff can work from home up to 2 days per week. If you are interested in this position, but require a more flexible working arrangement, please contact the recruitment team using the contact details below.
