National Oceanography Centre (NOC) seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead galley operations on our research vessel fleet. You will manage the catering team, develop menus and budgets, and ensure nutritious meals for crew, technicians and scientists.
Based onboard with assignments on RRS Discovery or RRS James Cook, you will uphold high hygiene and safety standards while working across sea expeditions worldwide.
