National Oceanography Centre, Liverpool, is seeking an Estates Fabric Engineer to join our Estates team on a permanent, full-time basis (37 hours per week). You will carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance across the Liverpool site, including repairs to doors, windows and general building finishes.
You will support minor refurbishment works and help ensure safety and statutory compliance, through water hygiene tasks and routine checks, working collaboratively with staff and contractors.
