We are looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our progressive and growing healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees within the workplace.
Duties:
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees, identifying potential health risks.
- Case Management and dealing with Management Referrals.
- Develop and implement occupational health promotion programmes tailored to the needs of the workforce.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all employee interactions.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with relevant licensure.
- Case Management Experience.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on employee well-being.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
- A formal Occupational Health Qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
An excellent salary and benefits package is being offered with the role which includes ongoing training and development and hybrid working for a better work/life balance. A contract role would also be considered if preferred.
