We are looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our progressive and growing healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of employees within the workplace.
Duties:
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for employees, identifying potential health risks.
- Case Management and dealing with Management Referrals.
- Develop and implement occupational health promotion programmes tailored to the needs of the workforce.
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all employee interactions.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with relevant licensure.
- Case Management Experience.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on employee well-being.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff at all levels.
- A formal Occupational Health Qualification would be advantageous.
