The HR Advisor will support the HR Business Partners in the delivery of an efficient and effective HR support and advisory service to the business by providing first line contact on all people related issues in line with NNL policy and procedures, compliant with legal requirements. Specifically, the HR Advisor will provide advice and support to line managers and employees for key people processes (Pay and reward, recruitment and selection, succession planning / management, promotion, job evaluation, absence management and performance development). This role will have a particular focus on Case Management and employee relations issues and upskilling managers to help develop their people management skills.
