The SDR Role

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across enterprise accounts, including CPOs and other senior L&D/HR/DEI leaders.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Use a mix of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create meaningful connections and generate interest.
  • Networking & Representation: Attend industry and community events to promote NNT’s brand, build authentic connections, and convert relationships into client opportunities.
  • Pipeline Growth: Secure meetings for our sales team and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and understand what’s driving transformation in the neurodiversity/DEI space.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging and optimise outreach strategies.
