NNL is growing — and we need good, reliable drivers. We’re expanding our Oxford operations and recruiting self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers for ongoing, long-term work. As a trusted partner for DHL, UPS, FedEx and more, we offer consistent local routes, steady volumes, and reliable weekly pay. What You’ll Need- A suitable van (medium or long wheelbase preferred) in good condition
- Valid Hire & Reward insurance
- Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance
- ADBS check (can be completed after interview)
- Courier or delivery experience is helpful but not required
- Experience with companies like Amazon, DHL, DPD, UPS, or FedEx is a bonus
- Same-area delivery routes– local and consistent
- Full training provided– no previous experience required
- Control your pay with flexible terms and faster payments
