The Science Museum Group is hiring a Contact Centre Advisor on a permanent part-time basis.

The role is based at the Science Museum in London with Saturday and Sunday shifts, 10 hours per week, including onsite and remote elements.

You will handle inbound calls and emails for visitors and groups, resolve booking issues, respond to online retail queries, and support access to collections.
