As Venue Sale and Marketing Lead, you will be at the heart of this change - driving a fresh hospitality sales strategy, shaping a high performing team, and leading the charge to position the Museum as one of London's most compelling cultural event destinations.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in growth environments, enjoys building new ways of working, and knows how to turn vision into results. You will combine big picture commercial thinking with hands on leadership, ensuring our spaces, people and proposition are ready to capitalise on this once in a generation opportunity. You will be the face of London Museum as a venue.
As Venue Sales and Marketing Lead you will drive the venue sales strategy and revenue generation, developing and owning your own sales and marketing plan and delivering results through your team. You will lead, inspire and develop a growing group of sales managers, oversee the complete sales cycle, collaborate with f&b, production and operation partners, all while ensuring the highest standards of end-to-end client journeys. You will proactively ensure that the venue is positioned across the market as the leading cultural third space, bringing in new, high end clients and brands.
Previous experience of working in a museum is not required and you do not need to have any academic qualifications; we are looking for a strategic thinker who knows what good looks like. London Museum will not be a traditional museum experience, so we are looking for someone who is ready to lead a fresh approach to sales and marketing.
