As Retail Sales Assistant, you will support the delivery of retail operations across National Museums Liverpool’s venues, helping to maximise sales and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day retail activities.
Working closely with colleagues across Commercial Enterprises, you will provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising, and contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every visitor.
Through a proactive and customer-focused approach, you will help drive commercial performance and contribute to the continued success of our retail offer.
