National Museums seeks a Retail & Admissions Supervisor to lead day-to-day admissions and retail operations, guiding colleagues to deliver outstanding service, meet targets and uphold high standards. You will work with the Management Team to maximise income while delivering efficient, policy-compliant services for visitors and staff.
