This permanent, full-time role provides first‑ and second‑line desktop support to staff across the organisation, ensuring reliable, secure technology services that support our collections and operations.
You will provision hardware and software, diagnose incidents, install and maintain desktops and mobile devices, maintain records, monitor systems and assist with imaging and deployments.
