Yn rhinwedd eich swydd fel gweithiwr proffesiynol adnoddau dynol uchaf Amgueddfa Cymru, byddwch yn arwain y gwaith o lunio cyfeiriad strategol a chyflawni gwaith adnoddau dynol sy'n canolbwyntio ar y cyflogeion ar draws y sefydliad. Byddwch yn arwain y gwaith o ddatblygu a chyflawni'n strategaethau Adnoddau Dynol, Datblygu Pobl a Chydraddoldeb, yn ogystal â gwella'n prosesau pobl yn barhaus, er mwyn sicrhau bod gennym y nifer cywir o bobl, gyda'r wybodaeth, y sgiliau a'r profiad cywir i gyflawni Gweledigaeth Amgueddfa Cymru.
Byddwch yn rhoi cyngor ac arweiniad dibynadwy i'r Uwch Dîm Gweithredol (SET) ar yr ystod lawn o faterion adnoddau dynol a datblygu sefydliadol cymhleth a rheolaidd. Byddwch yn chwarae rôl allweddol wrth helpu i ddarparu gwasanaethau adnoddau dynol arloesol yn llwyddiannus, a'r rheiny'n canolbwyntio ar y defnyddwyr ac yn gost-effeithiol.
Mae'r swydd hon yn rôl strategol allweddol o fewn Amgueddfa Cymru, a byddwch yn gweithio fel rhan o Fforwm Arweinwyr yr Amgueddfa i gyfrannu at ddatblygiadau ar draws y sefydliad.
Byddwch hefyd yn arwain yr holl weithrediadau adnoddau dynol ar gyfer gweithlu o dros 600, mewn wyth safle ledled Cymru. I gyflawni hyn, byddwch yn rheoli tîm o Bartneriaid Busnes a gweinyddwyr adnoddau dynol sy'n cefnogi holl safleoedd a holl feysydd gweithgarwch yr Amgueddfa.

Job Summary
As Amgueddfa Cymru's most senior HR professional, you'll lead on shaping the strategic direction and delivery of employee-focused HR across the organisation. You will lead the development and delivery of our HR, People Development and Equalities strategies, as well as the continuous improvement of our people processes, to ensure that we have the right number of people, with the right knowledge, skills and experience to deliver Amgueddfa Cymru's Vision.
You will provide trusted advice and guidance to the Senior Executive Team on the full range of complex and routine HR and organisational development issues. You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of innovative, consumer-focused, and cost-effective HR services.
This position is a key strategic role within Amgueddfa Cymru, and you will work as part of the Museum Leadership Forum to contribute to developments across the organisation.
You'll also lead on all HR operations for a workforce of over 600, at eight sites across Wales. To achieve this, you will manage a team of HR Business Partners and administrators that support all Museum sites and areas of activity.
