Byddwch yn rhoi cyngor ac arweiniad dibynadwy i'r Uwch Dîm Gweithredol (SET) ar yr ystod lawn o faterion adnoddau dynol a datblygu sefydliadol cymhleth a rheolaidd. Byddwch yn chwarae rôl allweddol wrth helpu i ddarparu gwasanaethau adnoddau dynol arloesol yn llwyddiannus, a'r rheiny'n canolbwyntio ar y defnyddwyr ac yn gost-effeithiol. You will lead the development and delivery of our HR, People Development and Equalities strategies, as well as the continuous improvement of our people processes, to ensure that we have the right number of people, with the right knowledge, skills and experience to deliver Amgueddfa Cymru's Vision. You will provide trusted advice and guidance to the Senior Executive Team on the full range of complex and routine HR and organisational development issues. You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of innovative, consumer-focused, and cost-effective HR services. This position is a key strategic role within Amgueddfa Cymru, and you will work as part of the Museum Leadership Forum to contribute to developments across the organisation. You'll also lead on all HR operations for a workforce of over 600, at eight sites across Wales.
