Working within a collaborative and ambitious team of campaign, content, CRM, digital and performance specialists, you'll play a vital role in helping us deliver integrated campaigns that reach audiences locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

What you can bring

As Campaign Coordinator, you'll provide essential coordination and production support to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered smoothly on time and to the highest standard.

Working closely with Campaign Managers, you'll help manage campaign schedules, workflows, creative assets, approvals and supplier relationships, ensuring projects progress efficiently from briefing through to delivery.

You'll be a key point of coordination across teams, helping maintain momentum and visibility across multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaign activity across multiple channels and projects.
  • Manage campaign schedules, timelines and workflows.
  • Support the production and trafficking of creative assets.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, asset libraries and planning tools.
  • Support budget tracking and supplier invoicing.
  • Assist with campaign reporting and post-campaign reviews.
  • Identify delivery risks and elevate issues where appropriate.
  • Help ensure all campaign activity aligns with brand standards and agreed priorities.

About you

You'll be an organised and proactive individual who enjoys keeping projects on track and building strong working relationships.

We're looking for someone who has

  • Experience in a marketing coordination, campaign support or project support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • An understanding of marketing delivery processes and communications channels.
  • Experience working within creative, digital or marketing teams (desirable).
  • A positive, collaborative approach and a keen eye for detail.
