We are a London based media, events and marketing company producing projects across film, television, music, hospitality and live entertainment. We are seeking an Events, Media & Marketing Intern to support our team across event coordination, marketing campaigns, media administration and live production activity. This is a hybrid internship based in London, combining remote project work with selected on site attendance for meetings, productions, rehearsals and live events. The internship is designed for individuals looking to gain hands on experience within the media, entertainment and events industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting event planning and production coordination
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns, research and social media scheduling
  • Preparing guest lists, schedules, briefing documents and production materials
  • Assisting with media coordination during live events and productions
  • Supporting sponsor activity, press coordination and backstage logistics
  • Providing administrative support to the events and media teams
