We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our caring team PRN and help us deliver outstanding healthcare services to our patients. As an LPN on our team, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You will be an essential part of creating a warm, supportive environment for our patients, where your individual strengths and experiences are valued and utilized.
Minimum Requirements:- Current LPN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in patient well-being
- Experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays
- BLS certification required
- Have a passion for excellence and compassion for people
