The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.

This ongoing role offers an excellent opportunity to get introduced and trained in Digital Pathology. The responsibilities include post-mortem analysis of brain specimens and MDT participation.

10PA’s contract (9 clinical activities & 1 SPA).

The department has new equipment as part of a Managed Service Contract (MSC). There is a specimen tracking system (Cerebro) linked to the Laboratory Information System (Telepath). The department has implemented digital pathology, with over two-thirds of consultants fully digital reporting for histology. Appointees without digital pathology experience will receive full support to complete the RCPath-recommended validation process. A digital reporting workstation will be provided.

Opportunities exist to participate in digital pathology research and development. Local accommodation can be arranged.
