We are seeking an experienced and caring Neonatal Nurse to join our team for daytime shifts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care, delivering high standards of care, and supporting families during a crucial period. As a member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional clinical care in a nurturing and family-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, specialized nursing care for newborns in the neonatal unit.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Support parents and families, ensuring they feel informed, involved, and comfortable in their child’s care.
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform routine procedures in line with neonatal protocols.

About You:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Previous experience in neonatal nursing or relevant paediatrics experience is essential.
  • Possession of PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) membership and QIS (Qualified in Specialty) certification.
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting newborns and their families.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
