On-call commitment: 1:8 rota

Myeloma/General Haematology Post
- Monday: AM: 9:00-12:30 – Admin / Chemotherapy Administration, 12:30-13:30: Departmental Business Lunch Meeting, PM: 13:30-17:00 – Referrals Management / General Haematology OP
- Tuesday: AM: 9:00-10:30 – Admin / MDT, PM: 13:30-17:00 – Myeloma Chemo Review and Consent Clinic
- Wednesday: AM: 9:00-13:00 – MDT (Myeloma/Myeloid/Leukaemia – Alternating Weeks), PM: 13:30-17:00 – General Haematology OP
- Thursday: AM: 9:00-10:30 – Ward MDT / Admin, PM: 13:30-17:00 – Myeloma Trials Clinic / Admin
- Friday: AM: 9:00-12:30 – Myeloma Trials Clinic / Admin, PM: 13:30-17:00 – OP Clinic (Myeloma)

- Thursday: AM: 9:00-10:30 – Ward MDT / Admin / Referrals Management, PM: 13:30-17:00 – Myeloid Clinic

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and treat a broad range of haematology conditions
- Participate in departmental teaching and meetings
- Provide leadership for the day unit and supervise chemotherapy administration
- Offer expert consultation in both myeloma and general haematology clinics
