About the Role:
We are seeking a Consultant in Radiology specializing in Breast Radiology to join our team in North Wales. This position offers a unique opportunity to focus primarily on symptomatic breast work, covering rapid access clinics, ultrasound assessments, biopsies, multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, and cross-sectional imaging. The role is part-time, requiring three days a week commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and interpret imaging studies related to symptomatic breast cases.
- Perform ultrasound assessments and image-guided biopsies.
- Participate actively in rapid access clinics for breast imaging.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in MDT meetings.
- Provide high-quality diagnostic reports and recommendations.
