As an ENP, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services, managing patient caseloads, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and history taking
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Provide expert advice and education to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC registration
- Masterβs degree in Emergency Practice Nursing or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex patient cases and make informed clinical decisions
