Key Responsibilities:

Provide senior clinical advice and support to triage, MDT, and regular team meetings

Ensure timely review and response to referrals

Undertake assessments of new patients and provide supervision to junior clinicians

Manage and review complex cases, ensuring appropriate care packages are in place

Undertake domiciliary visits and emergency assessments

Carry out Mental Health Act-related responsibilities

Support GPs and primary care clinicians with advice and joint management where needed

Liaise closely with wards, CRHTT, Psychiatric Liaison, AMHP, Forensic Services, and voluntary sector partners to facilitate admissions, discharges, and recovery-focused care

Monitor caseloads to ensure safe practice and effective patient flow
