As a receptionist, you will be delivering a high standard of client care whilst being responsible for call handling and office administration. You will provide support to the Operations Manager and Senior Reception staff dealing with all duties that involve reception and administration duties.
The Role:
- Answering all incoming calls throughout the day
- Filtering calls to relevant departments
- Distributing the incoming faxes and saving to case management software
- Assisting with conflict checks
- Checking and ordering stationary
- Managing technical user issues with printers / copiers and PCs
- Collection and drop off the DX post at the required time
- Organising ongoing and receiving deliveries / couriers
- Franking and outgoing post
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Any other duties that may be required

- Ideally come from a busy reception background
