We are looking for a Children Panel Accredited Solicitor in Trafford. At National Legal Service (NLS), we do meaningful work that changes lives. We're a well‐established and ambitious law firm with big plans for growth, and we're looking for a talented Children Panel Accredited Solicitor to join our expanding team in Trafford.
What You'll Be Doing
- Run your own caseload of Care matters
- Draft legal documents and manage case files
- Handle Legal Aid applications and navigate the CCMS portal
- Undertake your own advocacy at Children Panels
- Deliver outstanding client care with empathy and professionalism
- Work towards achievable fee‐earner targets while making a genuine impact
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, Children Panel Accredited
- Experience in Care Proceedings
- Strong advocacy and case‐management skills
- Understanding of Legal Aid Agency processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage a busy caseload without losing attention to detail
